Community Driven Analysis
The data driven web portal includes rich features for data analysis including the ability to quickly and efficiently perform analyses, create custom data workflows and applications, and more. Even better, it provides for a community driven and collaborative ecosystem in which users are encouraged to share workflows and collaborate on projects.
Given the sensitive nature of data sets, the web app was built to be highly secure utilizing robust and modern security techniques including user authentication, API token authentication, audit logs, and more.
Objectives
- Allow users the ability to import, manage, share, analyze, visualize, and monitor data.
- Allow users to create, utilize, and share applications created based on unique workflows of data.
- Provide for a streamlined user interface that is easy to navigate with ideal UI features such as drag and drop capabilities and mouseover.
- Provide for rich data displays including list, tabular, and graphical views.
- Provide for secure data analysis and project management.
Coupled with our clients hardware, the entire system aims to revolutionize the manipulation and analysis of large data sets in the genomic space like never before. This ability has astounding implications for health care and the betterment of society as a whole.
